LONDON: History....

...with a visiting American priest  who will be bringing a big group later in the summer. We walked around St Thomas More's Chelsea, and included a visit to the seminary, Allen Hall where we were made most welcome. The seminary  numbers are going up and they are having to rearrange accomodation to find the neccessary rooms this Autumn. This is good news...

I was in Vancouver two weeks ago and went early for Mass to the Cathedral on Friday evening. They were rehearsing for the ordination of 4 deacons later that night, and a group of about 15 young men in black processed down the aisle. One of the future Deacons sat at the end of my pew, "Are they all seminarians?" I asked him, "Almost all," he replied. It was a welcome sight.

I'll be on that tour in June, Joanna with my 8 year old son! Isn't Fr. G wonderful! Thank you for giving him the walking tour. I wish you could be present for our visit! Thank you for the work you do. I watched your Walking Through Time: Catholic London special programming on EWTN recently. Are we able to get the 5 part series on DVD in the States? God Bless.
