Auntie is hurrying...
...off by train for the weekend. Her destination is here...
What a lovely article! I too am studying through Maryvale, the long distance course for the Certificate in Catechesis. I am so impressed by the professional approach (not that I would expect anything else from Maryvale, and the fact that they lecturers remember you by name. We do need more Catechists in England. I have have yet to experience spending a weekend at Maryvale. I am intrigued by your description. I'm going to make my way there sooner rather than later. The preservation of important historical artefacts and memorabilia is what sets these islands apart from the rest of the world. It gives one a sense of purpose and identity, meaning.
