As I was chatting on the phone...

...to a friend and inevitably discussing the news about Govt ministers and other MPs lining their pockets with our money, there was a knock at the door. Local canvassers for the Euro-elections! Poor dears, a thankless task at this time.

Now: revealing some of the details of the quite extraordinary corruption within the EU: that's the next task. Euro-MPs can claim quite fantastic amounts of money for doing, well, nothing in particular in Strasbourg and Luxembourg and Brussels, and then on top can claim all sorts of "expenses", meals and overnight stays and so on and so on...

It's all quite shocking. I used to believe them when they claimed to act for the common good.

Well Auntie J How right you are again. However consider the fact that if someone said. You can claim this, that and the other and everyone else is,you may feel like following all the others and steal tax payers money.(Joanna I know you would not,I mean people in general).
It the fault of the Speaker of the House and the PM (The people in charge, who have allowed this in their term in office). Seems to me Mr Cameron spoke up to deal with this issue before Mr Brown.
Why Mr Brown has not sacked Jacqui Smith for all her fault(Including a perverted porn loving Husband). What message is sent to our young people today.
It simple, Corruption pays,Morality is know more.To lie and be full of deceit is now normal and almost acceptable.

The most important thing is that everyone votes in the election. Nobody wants BNP representation!
