At only one Mass? How bleak. In the 1970s and 80s it was standard to have a prayer for the Sovreign in the Bidding Prayers at every Sunday Mass. And at the main Mass at the church I attended throughout the 1990s we sang the "Domine Salvam fac" after the main Mass. It is still done in many places, and could usefully be introduced more widely, especially on notable anniversaries and so on.

In the "good old days" this prayer was said every Sunday after the "principal" Mass (High / cantata)
