...and...
...the writer of this Blog sends Easter greetings to all her faithful readers...
I just put the Easter cake .It's going to be chocolate, not simnel, with a bird's nest made of shredded wheat on top with Cadbury's eggs inside. However I managed to use cornflour instead of baking powder. So it's also going to be a Passover cake.
